I rent a property from capital estates I had a urgent maintance issue on weekend tried to contact branch but no answer but had a contact in emails used this and a lovely lady named Izzy responded<br>She was not working the weekend but took this on , she went above and beyond maintaining contact throughout the weekend checking on me and my daughter arranged a contracter for Monday who completed the work to a high standard<br>Izzy was a star, helpful and a member of staff I hope you retain<br>I hope she will be recognised for this out of hours help, she truly deserves it<br>Thankyou Izzy and capital<br><br>J.dasilva
