A special thank you to Jenna, who supported us through every step of the process, from the first viewing all the way to completion. She was always on time, kept us updated, and was easy to reach whenever we had questions.? Jenna also liaised proactively with both sides’ solicitors to help speed things up and made sure our completion happened on the date we were working towards, which took a lot of stress out of the move.? Very disappointing experience as a tenant. My girlfriend rented a flat through this agency, and the overall service was extremely poor. The manager, Katie, was unresponsive, replies to emails often took a week or more, if they came at all. Maintenance issues were either ignored or dragged on for months without resolution. Complaints made no difference, as the responses were generic and unhelpful. Would not recommend this agency to anyone.... Read more
