We went through Cardwells to sell my late parents home. The gentleman that surveyed the property gave us an honest appraisal of its value. Shortly after appointing them to sell the property they acted promptly to advertise it and quickly received a number of enquiries and requests for a viewing. Each time a viewing took place they promptly responded by giving me feedback. When the sale was agreed Claire Jacobs was the member of the team at Cardwells who kept us up to date , responded quickly to any questions and worked to facilitate a straightforward process by communicating with all parties concerned. It’s not easy selling and then clearing a parents house not long after they have passed away but Claire and the team at Cardwells made were there for us all through the journey. I would highly recommend them.
