Dominic and Julie manage our rental property. Although our contact is minimal Dominic is always well aware of the tenant and any issues in the property. They provide periodic inspection reports with detailed photos, so any issues in the property are picked up early. Highly recommended.

Alex and Charlie have been kind and very helpful in the purchase of my new home. The property was in probate which seemed to take forever to go through but with constant updates from the team it all went very smoothly ?????? Thank you Carters Nuneaton

From start to finish, Dominic has been quite possibly the best estate agent I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I've moved homes alot throughout my life but he stands out from the crowd.
Fast responses to emails, quick phone call follow ups, respectful and professional manner both in appearance and knowledge when doing the house viewings.
Carters Estate Agents should be proud to have such a great guy working for them, well done Dominic.

Can’t recommend Carters enough, from the moment we walked into their office in Atherstone to completion day. Mick and Brandon were friendly, efficient and professional. We were kept informed of each stage of the sale by Alex, who was always helpful when we had a question. Would definitely use Carters again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone selling or buying a property.

I don’t often leave reviews, but this one is well deserved for Dave Webb. I’m a conveyancer and have been working in conveyancing for some time now, so I’ve dealt with countless estate agents. Unfortunately, many tend to leave everything to the conveyancers when it comes to chasing updates and progressing the matter.
Dave has been outstanding throughout this transaction. He provided consistent updates and was extremely helpful in supporting the sellers with even the smallest matters, particularly when it came to obtaining documents and information from third parties, and ensuring the buyers’ requests were easily manageable for the client.
This was also a chain of 8 properties, yet Dave stayed proactive and involved throughout while many other agents in the chain seemed content to sit back.
It genuinely makes a difference working with someone who is engaged and committed to helping keep things moving. Dave was exactly that. Highly recommended.
