Absolutely horrendous service. Guy Hands completed a valuation on my business, I’ve paid the invoice as due before the value was issued and still not received the value (done 5 months ago). Have since complained to the company, however this just goes to a family member who has completely ignored the complaint. I will be taking this to the ombudsman next. Do not trust this company for commercial properties.

Cartwright Hands have supported me through every step of the process of selling the home my parents moved into to raise their family. The property hadn't been sold since 1954! It was a wrench to part with it but the kindness and knowledge of the team made it a smooth process.
