Having found my own tenant, but with the recent changes to rental legislation in England, I wanted the reassurance of using a professional letting agent to handle the legal and administrative aspects of the tenancy. I instructed In Estates to carry out comprehensive financial referencing, prepare the tenancy agreement and incorporate a guarantor into the tenancy documentation. From start to finish, the service was efficient, professional and exceptionally well organised. Their communication was excellent throughout and every stage of the process was clearly explained. What particularly stood out was their use of technology, which made the referencing, document signing and overall administration straightforward and seamless. Everything was completed promptly, with minimal effort required on my part. Having dealt with several letting agents over the years, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I have had. Too often, previous agents have fallen short of their promises, whether through poor communication, delays or a lack of attention to detail which have proven to be extremely costly. The team at In Estates exceeded my expectations in every respect. Their professional approach, responsiveness and commitment to providing a first-class service gave me complete confidence throughout the process.
