I previously marketed my property for rental in the Berkshire area with Chatterton Rees. Sam and the team we're straight on it, finding suitable tenants in the first two weeks! They organised all the relevant safety certificates and conducted a thorough inventory before we vacated the property. Always very thorough and professional. I wouldn't hesitate in working with Chatterton Rees in the future. Highly recommend these guys!

Having marketed my property with the local offices of two very large national agents for some time previously, receiving poor levels of service and responsiveness, I was very pleasantly surprised by the service provided by Chatterton Rees. A refreshing and positive attitude was demonstrated from the outset. Lee Cameron was truly pro-active and a got a sale across the line, despite aborted sales (due to unprepared prospective buyers - not CR's fault) along the way. It did not deter them, Lee and Ed simply kept working to secure a buyer, in testing market conditions. Once a sale was agreed, Lee kept on top of the process and kept me informed.
In simple words - professional, friendly, approachable, great communication and tenacious. Would recommend sellers to give them a chance. I wouldn't hesitate to appoint CR again.
