After experiencing a few issues around being in a chain etc.., my mother finally moved into her new home last week. I would like to thank Maddison and everyone else involved for their consideration and professionalism. I was kept regularly updated and nothing was too much trouble. We can’t thank the team at Chris Davies enough for the help and support given with our recent move, particularly Matt.
They ensured the process was quick, seamless and as stress free as it could be. Nothing was too much, with quick responses to emails and questions and happy to follow up with solicitors and onward chain parties, keeping us fully informed throughout.
Moving is always stressful, but with the professionalism along with the personal touches given by the team, we felt we had a smooth ride and are really grateful for all they offered. Thank you all!

Absolutely brilliant, polite helpful and went the extra mile to assist, I live away from the sale and the Team at Chris Davies have helped with access for contractors etc. and have kept me well informed. Further to the great support they sold the property on the first day!! You could not ask for more ????????????????
