I recently used the Llantwit Major office for the sale of a property and couldn't have been happier with the service provided.<br><br>Matt and Christine were excellent throughout, making the whole process remarkably straightforward and requiring very little input from me. They were professional, efficient and helpful, keeping everything moving smoothly and taking care of matters without any unnecessary fuss.<br><br>As a landlord, I've dealt with a number of estate agents over the years and I particularly appreciated Matt's straightforward, no-nonsense approach. No unnecessary sales talk or empty promises, just honest, practical advice and, importantly, doing exactly what he said he would do. Christine was equally excellent, keeping me well informed throughout the sale and ensuring everything progressed smoothly.<br><br>It was exactly the sort of service I had hoped for when choosing an agency, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt, Christine and the team at the Llantwit Major office to anyone looking to sell their property.

Absolutely brilliant, polite helpful and went the extra mile to assist, I live away from the sale and the Team at Chris Davies have helped with access for contractors etc. and have kept me well informed. Further to the great support they sold the property on the first day!! You could not ask for more ????????????????
