Emma at Cobb undertook the selling of our property in Knighton and from start to finish it felt like our sale was in the hands of not only a dedicated professional who knows the market intimately, but of a compassionate individual who really cares about making the process as simple and smooth as possible with all the care and attention you could possibly wish for. Everything was top notch, from the initial enquiry, through the creation of the property details with excellent photographs and descriptions and on to the completion. Emma was always on hand, whether at the end of the phone, in the Knighton office or by email. Being looked after by someone who both lives and works in the area was a huge benefit and was an important factor in our decision to use Cobb Amos as our selling agent. We're so very glad she grateful we did!

Emma Davies couldn't have been more helpful. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of our property purchase. Completion would have been a nightmare without her assistance.

Absolute first class service from EMMA at Cobb Amos in Knighton Powys (now Leominster) when we sold our house. She went above and beyond what is typical of an estate agent. Every detail was explained from the minute we sat down and she ensured we were kept fully updated on all aspects of the sale from start to finish. Cannot recommend her more highly. The entire process was a breeze.

Emma my Estate Agent came round and looked at the property on a Saturday morning and said that she would do some research and get back to me with a price.
Later that afternoon she emailed me with a valuation for.the house.
Unlike a previous Estate Agent there were no frills or glossy brochures of other properties thay had for sale and I wasnt overloaded with lots of information.
There were a few issues surrounding the construction of the house but that didn't fase the agents.
They have been very good at letting me know when I had a viewing and passed on the feedback they were given afterwards.
They have been at the other end of the phone if needed or any emails I sent were promptly replied to.

Less than a week after photos etc taken, the house went 'live' on the internet. The next day, I received a phone call from CobbAmos wanting to book a viewing the following day. The house was sold, etc, within a week.
