Very poor experience with Will @ Marsh & Parsons.<br>Low balled on price and then agency had the gall to change agents halfway through. Will's Communication as new agent was consistently bad: emails ignored, minimal updates about significance of isues faced, thry had a complete breakdown in their relationship with my tenant, I had to chase constantly with no responses.<br>Marketing was also misleading: poor photos with bad angles (despite feedback), making a king bedroom look like a single, and key areas like the bathroom weren’t shown. They also repeatedly refused to correct an incorrect address listing (shown as a main road), which hurt enquiries significantrly. Claimed they couldnt fix but easily solved by another agent. Marketed aggressively as BTL property in listing despite agreeing to target FTBs?!<br>A call to request updates was horrendous: defensive, dismissive tone, constant interruptions, no clear next steps, and refusal to take responsibility for the lack of communication - talked over constantly and threatened to hang up when asked for next steps rather than aggro. Blamed everything on tenant (and then even myself as vendor!) rather than offering what to do. So aggressive and sexist I actually made a complaint.<br>Overall, unprofessional from start to finish. Could not secure even one viewing over 3 months. Would not recommend.

Sean and Maev have been fantastic at helping me purchase my first home. Sean took his time find out everything I needed from the seller throughout the buying process. He has also been extremely responsive and accommodating, right up until completion.<br><br>Maev has also been great at answering all the questions I have had and made sure that the sale ran smoothly. I would highly recommend their services.

I recently purchased my first home through Marsh & Parsons, and the experience was as smooth as I could have hoped for. A huge thank you to Maêv, who was absolutely brilliant.<br><br>Late in the the transaction we hit significant hurdles relating to previously unrealised lender requirements. This was exacerbated by a particularly unhelpful solicitor on the sellers side. The sale at this point was at real risk of falling through, with my mortage offer set to expire in a number of weeks, and refinancing not an option due to the Iran war and associated higher rates.<br><br>Maêv was tireless on chasing these issues, getting solicitors to clearly state issues (rather than the usual legal word soup) and perhaps most importantly communicating to both the sellers and myself, to keep us both onside and avoiding cold feet.<br><br>I have little doubt that the sale would have fallen through if it not for Maev's actions.

Maêv was exceptional throughout the sale process. She proactively managed progression from start to finish, ensuring momentum was maintained and potential issues were addressed before they became obstacles.<br><br>She is professional, quick-thinking, empathetic, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication was consistently clear, balanced, and effective, keeping both parties informed and engaged throughout what was at times a complex transaction.<br><br>What particularly stood out was her ability to navigate the often confusing world of solicitor correspondence and legal terminology. She translated legal jargon into clear, practical information and helped keep everyone focused on finding solutions rather than getting lost in the detail.<br><br>The sales process would have been far more stressful without her support, persistence, and expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend Maêv to anyone looking for an outstanding estate agent.

I have dealt with Macy and she is amazing! Attentive to details, always listening to my demands and truly trying to bring my dream home to life. She is one of the best agents I have worked with! Additionally she has put me in touch with the surveyors which were really helpful in our buying process.

Guy and his team recently helped us exchange on our family home move. Throughout the process the team were excellent and supportive. We thought the outstanding member of the team was Aicha through the process whos open and honest communication was very much appreciated. Not to forget Harry too who was very supportive throughout all the viewings.
