Morag was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process of buying my flat. I felt she went above and beyond to resolve any issues I was having, even going as far to phone up the estate agent on my behalf when we were having issues processing the sale on time. All my first time buyer queries were answered without hesitation (and I was never made to feel silly for these questions!). I also can’t think of a single time in which more than 30 minutes went by and my email wasn’t answered and I was able to make an offer on my flat within about an hour of requesting Cullen Kilshaws services. I will definitely be using Cullen Kilshaws services again in the future and think they are very reasonably priced for the service you receive. Thank you!

Phoned up yesterday to enquire and ask for a quote to carry out the discharge of our property. Spoke to a very helpful girl who then sent an email asking for certain details. She then sent another email which included a form for us to upload id. We did this very easily. Anyway, by lunch time the next day, everything was completed, at a very reasonable price. Thank you Cullen Kilshaw.
