I changed estate agents to Dafydd Hardy after being really disappointed with a different estate agent. The service has been like night and day. From Ryan’s first visit, everything was explained clearly, Ceri came to take photos, both were so friendly, I felt like my property mattered.<br>Everyone I spoke with in the office, every member of the team were knowledgeable, supportive and advised me as much as they could. I phoned them a lot! I would 100% recommend Dafydd Hardy!

My experience with Dafydd Hardy and particularly my estate agent - Ela Jones was really positive. I felt Ela and the team were amazing at reassuring me and looking into things when needed. I felt that I was always kept in the loop and communicated with and I know that they did everything they could to sort things when they went a bit haywire (not due to the estate agents). Despite me calling and emailing multiple times a week, Ela and the team remained patient, friendly and polite with me which helped to ease my concerns.<br>I could not recommend the estate agents more and particularly Ela!

Absolute Joke. Tell students to pay by certain date, then refuse to release keys because deadline is a Saturday and 'we can't see the money'. Should we just move them into your office until you sort it out!! These students now have nowhere to go. Why not give a payment deadline of a week or 2 before they pick up keys. If you tell students to pay by 1st they will pay on 31st or on 1st, many don't get paid till end of month, on top of that you have the guarantor details so realistically you're getting paid regardless. Just saying, if you have an office full of students with same issue your procedure is flawed.

I recently completed the purchase of my first home through Dafydd Hardy, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.<br><br>Ela was brilliant from start to finish. I first viewed a property with her last year, and we discussed a few other options in the area before I eventually found the right house. Once it came up, she helped get everything moving quickly. She was always flexible and happy to arrange viewings at short notice, which made fitting everything around work a lot less stressful.<br><br>As a first-time buyer, I had no idea what to expect, but Ela guided me through the process and was always happy to answer any questions I had. The whole process took just under 9 weeks from my first enquiry and viewing to getting the keys, which was much quicker than I expected.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt kept up to date without having to chase for updates. Even after completion, Ela took the time to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly, which was really appreciated.<br><br>A big thank you to Ela and everyone at Dafydd Hardy (Bangor) for all the support. I’d happily recommend them to anyone!

Great service, from valuation and marketing my property, to accompanied viewings and through to getting offers and completion. Fabulous team to deal with all round. The only negative as far as I am concerned was that there were no regular updates between offer accepted and exchange and completion as promised. I had to keep chasing over several months to get an update on progress, which was slightly frustrating.
