If you are serious about selling your property we would unreservedly recommend the Daniels Estate Agents Sudbury. We had been unsuccessful in selling our property through another (well known) agent, having given them a 16 week sole agency. In contrast within a few weeks of appointing Daniels we had two competing offers on our house and we have been able to proceed through to completion on our sale. We were really pleased with the result.

I had an excellent experience with Daniels Estate Agency, thanks in large part to my agent, Josef Castro From the very beginning, he was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, making the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.
Josef Castro was always quick to respond to any questions I had and ensured that everything related to my rental was handled efficiently. His communication was clear and consistent, which made a big difference.

Mr Tony Bunce was helpful with his advice on selling my parents home. From the 6 Estate Agents I met with he was by the far the most knowegable regarding the market conditions in the Area.

This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.
