Vishal was brilliant throughout the process of me buying my new flat. He was never too busy to show me round the flat whenever I wanted access to see it. He liaised with me and the seller to move things along and made the whole process of searching and then purchasing as stress free as possible.

I had a great experience with this estate agent. The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and they kept me updated at every stage. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and easy. Ross knows Sudbury area and North Wembley area inside and out.<br><br>I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

Absolutely amazing guys at Daniel's in north wembley.<br>I bought a house in Sudbury court estate with them and a flat in Sudbury and both deals were conducted impeccably by Jon Hughes and his team.<br>Definitely would recommend them if you looking for a property on their patch.

We recently bought our first property through Daniels Estate and had a great experience with Vishal. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions and weren’t familiar with the whole process, but Vishal was always helpful, responsive and happy to explain everything to us.<br><br>He was on point throughout and really helped keep things moving, even chasing our solicitors on our behalf when needed. He made the whole process much smoother and less stressful for us.<br><br>Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Vishal and Daniels Estate to anyone looking to buy a property!

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Daniels.<br><br>The flat was advertised as a “new home,” but in reality it was not new, which was misleading from the outset.<br><br>The agent, Joseph, arranged a viewing for 5:30 PM. We had to leave work early to make the appointment, but despite knowing this, he was rushing us through the viewing because he had another appointment afterwards. We were barely given enough time to properly inspect the property. This was particularly frustrating because we had been told that 5:30 PM was the last viewing time.<br><br>We had also clearly informed Joseph from the beginning that we needed to give our current landlord two months’ notice. Despite this, after we submitted an offer, we were told that the landlord could not wait two months. This should have been communicated to us before encouraging us to proceed with the application and offer, especially since our notice period had already been clearly explained.<br><br>Overall, the communication was poor, the viewing was rushed, and the handling of our situation was extremely unprofessional. We wasted our time and had to rearrange our work commitments for a viewing that we were barely given the opportunity to properly attend.<br><br>Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Daniels based on the way this was handled.

Mr Tony Bunce was helpful with his advice on selling my parents home. From the 6 Estate Agents I met with he was by the far the most knowegable regarding the market conditions in the Area.
His assessment was good and we now look forward to completion of the Sale process.

We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Daniels Estate Company, particularly Mason Beaumont and Hydar Alhakim.<br><br>From the very beginning, we felt that the process was not transparent. We sent numerous emails and left several messages requesting a call back, but our attempts to communicate were repeatedly ignored.<br><br>As a result, we lost a significant amount of money, and the buyer of our house also suffered financial loss. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would **not use Daniels Estate Company again**, and we would **not recommend them to anyone**. We expected a professional, transparent and responsive service, but unfortunately that was not our experience.
