This time both properties we were selling and purchasing were with Dart and Partners and the sales team were supportive and professional throughout and provided regular updates. Paul was very efficient right from the start and was able to answer with any questions we had and without him being so proactive towards the end, I do not think we would have achieved our desired completion date. Theresa has been absolutely wonderful, and the entire team at the Teignmouth office have been nothing short of legends. Over the past two years, I’ve dealt with many letting agencies and, unfortunately, had more bad experiences than good. Dart & Partners have been a refreshing exception. They have been kind, responsive, professional, and, above all, genuinely human. From the very beginning, I felt like I was being treated as a person rather than just another bank account. They went above and beyond to help me find a home, and despite the incredibly competitive rental market, they found the perfect house that ticked every single box on my wish list.
