What a pleasure it has been dealing with Bethan and her sales team at David Andrew. Having had 2 sales fall through with another agent due to lack of following up after the sales were agreed we were pretty much at our wits end. However dealing with David Andrew has been a completely different experience. We very swiftly had 2 offers and once the offer was agreed Bethan and Todd stayed in close contact with everyone so that any potential problems were 'nipped in the bud'. An absolute breath of fresh air after out previous experiences, I could not recommend them more highly.

I recently sold my flat through the Archway office of David Andrew Estate Agents and can recommend their team for property sales. Plenty of expertise in the local market and Todd was great at keeping me informed through the process and his professionalism and calm problem-solving skills made the sale a smooth and hassle-free experience.

We worked with Todd to find our first home. He understood what we were looking for and within a matter of weeks we had an offer accepted.

The worst estate agents I’ve ever used and that is saying something after 10 years in London. The property we were in was not suitable to live in - fire hazards, damp, broken shower, unusable oven, nowhere to dispose of rubbish. It was weeks before these issues were fixed despite frequently chasing. One of the contractors that eventually came around was verbally abusive and accused my partner of urinating on the floor when they couldn’t find the source of a leak. When I complained to David Andrew’s the contractor came banging on the door and was incredibly threatening. A separate contractor shut himself in the bathroom for a few minutes, behaved very oddly when he came out, then disappeared and didn’t return.
When we moved out David Andrews were very slow in retuning the deposit, and made up hundreds of pounds worth of fake charges that they tried to deduct - despite the fact that the property was in a better condition / cleaner when we moved out.
In my opinion they are not fit to be lettings agents and should be shut down

We engaged David Andrew for a property sale and would highly recommend them. Mark Campbell and his team are professional but friendly, have an excellent knowledge of the housing market and work hard to make the experience as smooth and seamless as possible.

I have dealth with agents in the past and it wasnt joyful. Dealing with Teresa, Jana and Mark was professional...they sold 2 properties for me. Selling is a nightmare in the UK so it wasnt without its problems but I was always guided well through the selling chaos. I would adopt Theresa and Jana.
