Have been dealing with the lovely Louis for our tenancy agreement. Hes been extremely patient with me and my partner as we navigate thorough moving from Canada to London. He often went over his working hours to answer questions we had too, and we ended up getting the property we really wanted. Highly reccomend.

Holly at David Astburys was a pleasure to deal with. She arranged a viewing quickly, was flexible when my schedule changed, and kept me updated throughout. Her colleague Vinay also kindly stayed late to show me the flat. Responsive, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Holly helped me arrange a viewing and showed me around the property, throughout the process Holly has been kind, informative and was very accommodating when I was a little delayed. Prior to booking, Holly took the time to understand what we were looking for in a property and really listened to what we were after. Thank you for your help.

I would highly recommend David Astbury's from the first point of contact during the valuation, the professionalism commenced. We were provided with information about our property in advance of marketing that other estate agents did not provide and they did not overvalue our property to raise unrealistic expectations. Our sale in the end was very complex, but March in particular who supported us up to final sale completion, was amazing and did her best to support us during some very challenging times. Other members of the team were also supportive, as and when needed.
