We had the best experience with David Astbury's and it was all thanks to Vinay Depala. As students, it can be quite stressful trying to find a rental property that is in your desired area, student-friends (and actually nice!). From the first conversation to our offer being accepted, the whole process was under 24 hours!
Vinay was flexible with viewing timings, had consistently prompt communication with us, and was a star at making sure we found a property that we felt comfortable in.
I would definitely recommend to any students looking for nice and well-maintained properties!
