The minute I met Dillen at David Astburys I knew we would be able to work together well. He was so positive, enthusiastic, genuine and provided some excellent strategies. The strategy worked - my lovely garden flat in Kentish Town sold in four days with a bidding war. The entire process was Incredibly smooth and Dillen‘s team were so responsive, professional and helpful. I’d like to thank Titilayo, George and Josh for putting up with all my questions and holding my hand throughout the process. They were all fantastic! I honestly, couldn’t David Astburys enough. Top team top service top sale ????????????

Holly has been helpful from start to end in our search for a flat! She has been more than generous with her time and always went the extra mile. I would highly recommend David Astbury's from the first point of contact during the valuation, the professionalism commenced. We were provided with information about our property in advance of marketing that other estate agents did not provide and they did not overvalue our property to raise unrealistic expectations. Our sale in the end was very complex, but March in particular who supported us up to final sale completion, was amazing and did her best to support us during some very challenging times. Other members of the team were also supportive, as and when needed.
