We had a very positive experience working with David Davies throughout our purchase, escpecially with Laura. From the moment our offer was approved by the vendor, communication was excellent. She kept us consistently informed and was always proactive in chasing all parties involved to ensure the process moved forward smoothly. As our transaction was part of a chain, there were a few challenges along the way, particularly towards the end. Whenever difficulties arose, Laura was incredibly supportive and reassuring. I am just about to complete a purchase on a property through this agency. Georgia and the girls in the office have been amazing but I have to say that Brian, who has been there on all of our viewings is the most loveliest man.
