From the minute David walked into my house to value it i knew I had chosen the perfect estate agent. He was professional, courteous, realistic and very reassuring.
All the staff in the Arnold office also were a pleasure to work with . Kerry was reassuring , nothing was too much trouble, she returned calls and followed up on enquiries. I hadn't sold a property for over 25 years so I needed someone who would guide me and David James certainly did this . I would recommend them without hesitation.

We’ve bought and sold with David James twice now and wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again. Our sale got rather complicated but Kerry and her team were always supportive, responsive and updated us regularly. I would recommend them and would sell with them again.

So glad I could return your property for you today. Perhaps next time someone calls to report your property has been dumped and is a risk to traffic you will be a bit quicker to respond. It would be nice to see a business pay a bit more mind to their community. I think you'll find the community will respect you more for doing so. Thank you. ????

Had a viewing with Sarah at a property this morning and thought she was great! Really friendly and didn’t mind lots of questions. We didn’t feel rushed and she made it enjoyable for us as first time buyers. Thank you Sarah! :)

Great service and attention from start to finish. David's indepeth knowledge of the area help us to price realistically and sell quick. Natasha was helpful, and friendly, as well as bring profesional. We felt we could ask her anything. I would recommend them to anyone.
