In my experience I found Dexters to be very good when dealing with finding a new rental. Though I must give a call out to their letting agent Emma. Finding a place can be stressful and time consuming but, she was always calm and ever so helpful. Very down to earth person and seemed nothing was too much trouble. She always kept in regular contact be it by phone and/or email (whichever was easier for me), responding to queries same day. All the forms to fill out is quite stressful and I found her to be ever so helpful when it came to these which really helped me as was having problems accessing them. Saw her at the office and she went through them with me. A lovely down to earth lady who happily helped every step of the way. Made what is a naturally stressful experience actually manageable. I would recommend!

I have had such an amazing experience with Dexters, especially Borna who is truly such a fantastic agent! Agent Tom was superb. He was friendly and professional, quick to be in contact when needed, attentive to detail and took a lot of trouble to make our experience of buying as relevant and free of fuss as possible. We could not have wanted a better experience.

We needed Dexters to find us a tenant for our flat in NewcrossmWe had a great experience working with them. They told us they would find someone to rent our flat within 3 weeks and they delivered. We were a bit nervous after week two but Emanuel Tawiah put the extra work, worked above and beyond and deliver as promised. Special mention to him on top of the rest of the team.<br>The agency was very flexible, Sam the manager listened to our concern and worked with us.<br>We do recommend the agency!

Dealing with Dexters in St Johns Woods was simply the gift that kept on giving. Even during the run up to Christmas, agent Zack Green managed to jingle every single one of my bells. I started looking for an apartment on Bank Holiday Monday in late May. I was delighted to encounter the team at Dexters who were keen to assist. I was greeted by Cory who I found to be interested in me and my criteria. A great conversation followed by a number of viewings facilitated across the patch. During the viewings I received a professional yet really personable response, great knowledge and confidence building for me as it is my first time renting and everything was new to me. I had so many questions and when Corey and I realised that I wished to expand my criteria, Corey facilitated alternatives and despite his having other customers to deal with intermittently I was able to receive a truly comprehensive service from him. We viewed 7 properties that day, I was so impressed to have achieved so much in one day, Luke also assisted in answering my queries later in the day and provided me with furniture rental information to help me consider all cost planning when considering furnished and unfurnished options.
I got a superb service from Dexters and thank Corey particularly for making me feel comfortable, providing all the information I needed and providing me so many great opportunities to view in one day! Superb. Impressed by the follow up connection from him also. Brilliant job Corey and Luke.
