Just like many other suggestions, avoid like the plague, shockingly poor due diligence for their check out and check in reports. Tried to send me an over bloated cleaning invoice for a near spotless flat in which I now have to go to ADR to dispute, even their rebuttal in that adr was comical, low intelligence, lacklustre and they’re clearly just trying to squeeze tenants for every single penny.

Waste of time literally. Don’t bother your hole if you actually want to get moved. Downright rude and unprofessional. No contact from them at all more than 3 weeks after a viewing. Parasitic agents.

D J Alexander have been managing a number of properties for me for a few years. I have always found them to be well organised, proactive, very quick response to my emails, very competitive pricing.
I would recommend them to any landlord looking for a high quality management service.

Some staff, when communicating, can barley write English. How some of the 'agents' got to work on client facing roles is beyond me. Hope DJ ask for a few examples. Shocking...!
