I had a great experience renting my new home through DJ Alexander. The whole process, from arranging the viewing to signing the tenancy agreement and moving in, was smooth, efficient, and well organised.<br><br>I'd especially like to thank Robert Simon for his patience, professionalism, and support throughout the rental process. He was always helpful, responsive, and made everything much easier.<br><br>I'd also like to thank Gael Mitchell for the warm welcome during check-in. She took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, which made settling into my new home a very positive experience.<br><br>Overall, everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and approachable. I really appreciate all of the help I received and would happily recommend DJ Alexander to others.

horrible and neglectful. any issues in the flat they will not provide any maintenance and will not respond to your emails unless you go in person. avoid at all costs.
