What has impressed us most is the level of service after moving in. Any issues or questions we’ve had since have been dealt with quickly, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about both the property and its tenants. We’ve rented well-managed properties before, but the professionalism and responsiveness we’ve experienced here have been among the best we’ve encountered. This was something I was pleasantly surprised by, especially after a difficult experience elsewhere while trying to find a property. At a time when my family and I were still reeling from having been scammed through a previous rental attempt on OpenRent, DM & Co’s customer service helped restore our confidence and gave us much-needed peace of mind. It is hard to put a value on that.
