Overall, good valuation and good knowledge by the management. Poor communication and difficult to get in touch with. Felt as if sales may have been missed due to phone not being answered.

I found the communication poor. I did not receive emails that I was to complete. Unfortunately as not aware they had been sent, couldn’t do so. No one from the agency followed up with me

Complete satisfaction with every aspect of the service provided, valuation, initial contact (Sarah) , office function (David), fee structure, brochure, photos inc overhead, feedback all excellent. Highly recommended, best we have ever used in 50yrs. Anyone selling their home must get a quote.

Signed for a no fee deal including legal fees. Paid £200 up front. The buyer of my property dragged on for months resulting in me losing my house purchase. Dowena then refused to pay the legal fees despite the agreement costing me over £400 in fees for nothing. Very immoral company.
