Snowgate's owner Max was really helpful when he came round to value the house - never pushy, just understanding and clear about explaining the process.
We liaised mostly with Snowgate's excellent rep Annabel. She's been absolutely brilliant - offering to do viewings at the weekend for us and keeping us in the loop with all the feedback. We had three couples interested in buying our house and she liaised with each of them on our behalf - so that we didn't need to have those 'awkward' conversations. I felt confident that she would be sensitive with them as I was aware that the couples we turned down would be very disappointed. We are into the actual buying/selling process now and I feel reassured that Snowgate will 'hold our hands' throughout.

I’m so was very stressed and frustrated hard to get looking for new home and im barriers to breakdown commucate and I away use the email from something and I have try writing in a note and I told that please use messages text and sometimes that sent me email’s and but that call to me and I can’t answer back and I’m are a deaf person and feeling it’s annoying and I have been coming to in my local area a new home shop and that say olny use in emails . Cant do call because I’m deaf , Holmfirth the village small town and not much of new home

We experienced SnowGate from a buyer's perspective.
Based on our previous experience with other estate agents during purchases, this company were by far the most difficult to work with. There was very little consideration for us throughout the purchase process, with communications from SnowGate always focussing on the wants of 'the upper chain', which made us feel like an inconvenience. Messages from Annabel were often 2 steps behind what had already been communicated between solicitors.
The mannerisms of the firm's owner (Max) were often condescending and certainly lived up to the estate agent stereotype.
If we were looking to purchase another property in the future and SnowGate were the estate agents, we would simply look for a different property.
