As a healthcare professional moving to the Scottish Borders to support the local community, I expected a basic level of professionalism from Edwin Thompson. Instead, they completely wasted our family's time. We were asked to submit a detailed application form with sensitive personal details on 2nd September just to secure a property viewing. After taking our data, they went completely silent. I followed up via email on 9th September asking for an update, but received absolutely no response from Molly. It is entirely unprofessional to harvest personal data from busy professionals relocating to the area and then completely ignore them.

Really pleased with the service from Edwin Thompson. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with throughout. Communication was clear, and they were always helpful when I had questions.
