Spoke to several agents, some who overpriced, and others underpricing expecting unrealistic interest in the property. EHB's valuation seemed the most realistic, and their communication was excellent throughout the selling process.

Each person I spoke with at EHB was prompt, friendly and efficient. They advised me on how best to present the flat and quickly got an offer of the asking price. We don't yet have exchange or completion - so I can't give a final judgment.

I would recommend EHB, the people in the office really work for the seller and have their best interests in mind. I have had a very open and honest relationship with them.

From start to finish ehB provided a first class service. They marketed my property exceptionally well which resulted in a sale within a week of it being listed. In particular Helen and Juliana did a fantastic job of keeping my wife and I fully updated on the progress of both the sale and our purchase (which ehB also managed) and truly went the extra mile to ensure that exchange and completion took place within the intended timeframe. They took personal accountability for some of the challenges that arose during the process and dealt with them with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend ehB as a top quality estate agent with an outstanding workforce.
