My expectation was met! Matt Tott is a professional, who listened and advised me on the best options! Alfie was amazing from taking pictures to showing the people around.
Communication was amazing, as they kept me in the loop every step of the way.

Our house was taken off the market before a mortgage was secured. 3 months later we are having to put the house back on the market as buyers could not secure a mortgage. Agents turned up late for viewings and very unhelpful.

Lack of feed back on viewings
Turning up late for viewings
Manager never checked to see how I'm getting on.
No assurance
No data updates on people interested in property.
Manager had left and no courtesy call to advise.
Not a good experience at all, felt let down.

I wasn't going to consider Equity because they seemed like an expensive option but Get Agent suggested we got a third valuation and since they appeared to get good prices in our area we took a punt. Zero regrets. They have been kind, professional and clear throughout. They got us a good price and are already supporting us well through the sale process.
