Excellent service from the team to sell our Mum's house. We appreciated their communications and updates and we never had to chase them. They kept us informed before and after all viewings and we had quite a few before we found our buyer but always felt they maintained an enthusiasm and commitment to the job. A very professional but personal service.

Honestly, I couldn’t fault them. We spent (wasted) 6 months with a different agent and changed to Fenwicks. Immediately, they were showing clients around, providing feedback and secured a sale within a short time. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and chased when things slowed down a bit. Excellent.

Great agency to work with. All staff members are excellent, But a particular thank you to Sarah & Nick who supported the sale to the end. Even through their were changing dates etc. Thank you . Would definitely recommend ????

Latterly we dealt primarily with Jack who was excellent. He kept us informed of each stage in a difficult process and was sympathetic when the progress faltered.
All staff in the Gosport branch of Fenwicks were helpful and well informed and communicated efficiently.

Dean and Nicola handled our sale.
The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money.
Professional at all times and lovely to deal with.

(Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. It would be better if the stars turned gold so you knew for sure what you were scoring).
