I have had a smooth move to my new apartment with FHP living recently. The staffs are very professional. Toby Oliver and Holly Staples were particularly helpful in making sure it all went smoothly. They were very supportive and prompt to responding to all my queries. Was a 10/10 experience.

Thank you to the entire West Bridgford team who dealt with the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. Steve, Jules, and Amelia were hands on from the start and the communication and support we received throughout a complex period was fantastic. Unlike some estate agents in the area who make promises that they do not fulfil, FHP provide a first class, personal service from start to finish.

Students - Stay well clear! Housing in an appalling location-drug dealers on the front porch, lots of dealings going on, unkept surroundings, no lights for safety installed yet promised, no care for tenants safety-no back gate installed as promised etc. year of hell.

Update:<br>The reply below is far from true or factual. I was never offered an early release. My emails were not answered and I had to send more than 5 emails to the property manager Armani as well as numerous calls. The director Alex is sorting my deposit now after I wrote a complaint to her about my experience and raised a dispute. Just shows the amount of lies you will face in this place ??.<br><br>Worst letting experience I had in 13 years of letting with several agents. If I could give less than a star I would. We received no help or support whatsoever when we lived in the flat, which was in a disgusting condition when we moved in but nothing happened when we have reported it despite sending multiple emails. We moved out on the 27th then got an email about “deductions” to our deposit which we have challenged and we still had no reply from the agent until today.
