Ben was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, he took the time to explain the area, transport links, and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free.

Fhp living, Jimmy in particular, has been great at providing me with all the information I need to move into a new rented flat. If I ever had any queries or questions, Jimmy was happy to help (with a lovely positive attitude!). Overall it was a great experience with Fhp living. Thanks!

Very poor,I received a notice of a property listing ,
I immediately completed the necessary requirements, giving full details inc availability of viewing .
Time passed nothing I ended up messaging Mr Cook who I believe is overall on The Park property's, I had a reply via a staff member 10pm over the weekend saying they tried to contact me ,which they hadnt ,of course there is e mail ,nothing there or missed calls.
I later received a messsge the property is sold due to an offer .
A friend has also had quite a problem, I requested them to remove my details,
Obviously the firm isn't straight forward as was the case with my friend.
Ive quite a few friends in the estate itself,which I also indicated on the original reply on Right Move .
