After trying to sell our house for close to 3 years, using multiple agents, experiencing, multiple unreliable buyers pull out for no reason, Fletchers managed to secure 2 buyers within our first week with them. They were very professional and responsive (I can't say that for all agencies). If you're looking to buy or sell in Brook Green/Shepherd's Bush, I would definitely recommend Fletchers. I completed my flat purchase this week and Fletchers were an incredibly helpful firm to go through. In particular, Chloe was a brilliant agent. I recently completed the purchase of my first home and had an excellent experience with Fletchers, particularly Kareena, who was fantastic throughout the entire process.
From the outset, Kareena was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a first-time buyer, I had countless questions and requested multiple viewings, and she was always happy to help, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly.
What stood out most was her balanced and fair approach. Rather than encouraging bidding wars or unnecessary competition, she represented both the buyer and seller professionally, helping to ensure that a fair price was agreed for everyone involved.
Kareena also demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the legal and conveyancing process. She stayed on top of key milestones, proactively chased both sets of solicitors when needed, and regularly kept all parties updated.
