Excellent flat sale and support. We put my partner’s flat for sale with Fletchers after almost a year of it being listed with another agent with little interest. Within a week of it being with Fletchers we had an offer at full asking price.<br>Throughout the process of sale Emma provided excellent support. She was extremely proactive in chasing what needed to be done to get the sale to completion. The service provided was exceptional and I would highly recommend Emma and Fletchers Estate Agents.

We've just exchanged with Fletchers, the sales team were excellent. They sold our maisonette after 1st day of viewings with 3 offers above asking. Unfortunately it fell through and upon going back to market, they then sold it again within the first week with another 3 offers.<br><br>Only criticism would be the after sales service, this should have been better on the first sale. That said, they took the feedback and massively improved it 2nd time round. Tom & James - special thank you to you both.

Excellent experience as a buyer of using Fletchers Brook Green. From the very start, they were helpful in finding us the right property and in arranging viewings and getting our offer accepted.<br>The support throughout the process was superb. Kareena checked in at least once a week and did everything she could to move things along, liaising with the sellers and the solicitors on both sides. The best experience I've ever had with an estate agent.

With such a frustrating sale so many rules and regulations and questions from the purchaser solicitors, l must say with the help of the agent Fletchers and particularly the agent Kareena I think she went over and above with always keeping in touch with me and my solicitor.
