We had such a great experience with Fortnam Smith & Banwell. From the very first viewing they went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. Even with a few speed bumps along the way regarding the property they were so quick to take action and communicate with us to ensure everything was covered to relieve us any stress. We were so impressed with how they looked after us and will never hesitate to refer them on. They are a prime example of going the extra mile and it made such a huge difference to the process. Huge thanks to Theresa and Beki for being wonderful!

All the staff at FSB were incredibly helpful and responsive thro our rather long process of purchasing our home. They were supportive, informative and patient. They have given us help with sourcing local builders and other trades. Particular mention must go to Teresa and also Beki. But thanks to ALL the staff there!

Sold quickly but just about any estate agent could have done the same. No real communication, with us contacting to bring them up to date, and asking for more interaction from them. Their bill went in on exchange day, but no contact to us - no thanks, card, Champagne. Go for purple bricks, not used but cheaper!
