Huge thanks to Daniel and Yawar!
Daniel went above and beyond by personally visiting to check issues with the flat we’re renting and resolving them promptly. Yawar was equally fantastic—quickly identifying the problem with our washing machine and liaising with the property owner to arrange a replacement without delay.

Franklyn James have been the agents for my property since I moved in 2023, and the Senior property manager, Yawar Kazmi has been one of the most helpful individuals from the agency in recent months - he has been extremely responsive, always willing to assist as far as possible and has made the experience of dealing with any queries or issues with my flat 100x easier! :)

I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.
