Ben Harley who is property manager is very helpful and always responds quickly whenever I have an issue. He is very prompt in discussing any concerns with the landlord and liaising with the agency to make sure issues are resolved as soon as possible. He also follows up to check that everything is okay and reassures me that I can contact him whenever I need any help. He is very polite, professional, and helpful, and I really appreciate his support. Thank you Ben .

We had a viewing booked for 4:30pm in St Albans. I travelled all the way from East London specifically for the appointment, only to receive a phone call when I was just a few minutes away saying it had to be cancelled because they couldn't find the keys.<br><br>Mistakes happen, but this should have been identified well before the appointment rather than after prospective tenants had already travelled.<br><br>What disappointed me most was the lack of any meaningful apology or attempt to offer an alternative property or solution. The whole experience wasted almost half a day of my time and an unnecessary return journey.<br><br>Unfortunately, this experience has left me with very little confidence in the agency's organisation and professionalism.<br><br>edit : there's no reply button, i edit this message instead to reply frost's reply. the booking was under my flatmate's name, and I dont want to share it here. but the date was 1st Aug, instead of last Sat. and i have attached the first message my friend got it from Frost with this review. i need to correct though, it's 35mins before the viewing. but it doesn't change much, as i am reaching St Albans station at the moment, as it will take a 15-20mins walk from the station.

I called last week and also exchanged a few emails in an attempt to arrange a viewing for a property in Bricket Wood. I followed up several times to see whether the seller had come back with any suitable days or times, but unfortunately, Frosts never got back to me.<br><br>The property is still on the market, so sadly the seller will never know that they could potentially had first-time buyers interested in the property.<br><br>It’s really disappointing, particularly as I made several attempts to arrange a viewing and was simply left without a response.

We recently bought our home through Frost's and wanted to say a big thank you to Adam.<br><br>Buying a house is stressful but Adam was fantastic to deal with throughout the process. He was approachable, understanding, and consistently went above and beyond to help keep things moving.<br><br>We ended up having a lot of contact over the course of the purchase because we used Frost's recommended conveyancer and, unfortunately, the individual we got wasn't particularly proactive or responsive. As a result, Adam seemed to take on an unpaid second job of chasing the conveyancer, following up and calming down a grumpy buyer! Without his persistence and communication, I'm honestly not sure the transaction would have progressed as well as it did.<br><br>Adam was always quick to respond, patient with our requests, and genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line. His professionalism and dedication made a stressful process much easier to manage.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adam and Frost's to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
