It has been a real pleasure working with Tom Weaver, Sales Manager at Frost’s. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, with an excellent understanding of the current property market and a clear sense of its direction. His insight and professional advice have been invaluable throughout the process.<br><br>Frost’s really helped accelerate our house sale at a time when reaching the end of the tunnel seemed a long way off!<br><br>What also impressed me was how well organised and efficient the entire agency is. We can’t thank Nick enough for all his help throughout our house purchase. From start to finish, he has been incredibly friendly, accommodating and proactive, always making sure we were kept informed and up to date at every stage of the transaction.<br><br>He also went out of his way to facilitate numerous visits to the property after our offer was accepted, which was incredibly helpful in allowing us to plan the works we wanted to carry out in our new home.<br><br>Most importantly, Nick went above and beyond when it came to getting us over the line and exchanging on time, so we could move straight from our flat into our new house on the day we needed to. His persistence in chasing the seller’s solicitor and helping push things forward made a huge difference at a critical point in the process.<br><br>Thank you so much, Nick. We asked that they only sent viewers in a position to proceed. One viewer wanted to move here due to the close proximity of the secondary school, but their house had not yet been put on the market and the child had not yet been conceived!!
