She was consistently professional, highly organised, precise and efficient, with an excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to providing an exceptional level of service.<br><br>What truly sets her apart is her combination of competence and warmth. She is always approachable, responsive, courteous and helpful, and she handles every matter with care, reliability and professionalism. Communication with her has always been clear and timely, and I have always felt that matters were being handled thoroughly and properly.<br><br>Property management can often be challenging, but Agnès made the whole experience considerably easier and more reassuring. She is someone you can genuinely rely on, and her friendly, positive attitude made a real difference.<br><br>She is a real credit to Fuller Gilbert, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an excellent Property Manager. I had a very positive experience with Fuller Gilbert & Company, and in particular with Dominic, who handled everything extremely well throughout the process. He was not only friendly and approachable, but also highly professional and reliable.<br><br>Communication was excellent, with prompt responses to any questions or concerns I had. In particular, the agent did a fantastic job acting as a bridge between the landlord and tenants, coordinating the move-in arrangements and working closely with both sides to find the best possible schedule.<br><br>The whole process was handled smoothly and professionally.<br><br>I would highly recommend Fuller Gilbert & Company to anyone looking to buy, sell, rent or let a property. A genuinely excellent and professional estate agency.

I have just dealt with Dominic Pasqua in the sale of my mums property. He was exceptional and caring from day one. He did several viewings with the buyers to make sure they were comfortable and kept me updated the whole way through. He is an absolute gentleman and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

We had a fantastic experience with Adele at Fuller Gilbert & Company. She helped my partner and me find our rental flat and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Adele was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what we were after rather than pushing us towards anything that didn't fit. She kept us updated at every stage and answered all our questions quickly. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a rental.
