Every nightmare story you've ever heard about an estate agent is personified in these guys. Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".

We had four local agents round to discuss marketing our late parents' property. We chose Galloways and are so pleased we did. From initial contact they showed genuine interest and enthusiasm about the property. Jon was realistic and honest about the valuation and advised us on the best way to market it. Kevin, Noah and Jon have been very supportive throughout the sales process and communication has been excellent. In the main Kevin managed the sale but during his absence Noah and Jon were always up to date and were able to step in to avoid any delays. They are friendly, professional and work well together. As a result the sale has gone through quickly and smoothly. They have been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them. Thank you to all for all you have done.
