Overall the experience was good in a testing period for the property market in general. Hence it took far longer than expected with the price having to lower a good amount to achieve the sale. However, the team were on the case constantly with a particular mention for Brooke Darcy whose chasing and communication went above and beyond. Well done.

Our experience as buyers was brilliant from start to finish. Brooke was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and showed genuine interest from the moment we first viewed the property. She was always on hand to answer any questions we had, kept us regularly updated, and went above and beyond to help us move into our new home quickly. She truly played a key part in making it all happen, and we can’t thank her enough.

I honestly cannot praise Emily Fuller and Lyndsey Lowe enough. They have been absolutely amazing estate agents from the very first viewing all the way through to completion and even with aftercare afterwards.
Their knowledge of the property was outstanding — they knew key details at every stage and were always on top of what was happening. There were points in the process where I genuinely don’t think I would have been able to cross the line without them. They consistently went above and beyond, keeping everything moving when it felt like things could stall.
Emily and Lyndsey were always up to date, regularly giving feedback, chasing solicitors, and communicating clearly so I never felt left in the dark. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made what can be a very stressful process feel manageable and supported.
I couldn’t recommend them enough — truly exceptional service from start to finish.
