Morgan was very helpful, explained everything within the property, helped guide me on what was best to do and pointed out all the positives within the property. Also sent me a list of properties she thought would suit and fit mine & my children’s needs. I would recommend Morgan to anyone. Thank you for being so helpful Morgan ??

** Avoid like the plague **<br><br>This is honestly the worst estate agent I have ever used. If I could give no stars I would have! Sales progression is laughable, attention to detail is non existent. Avoid the stress, avoid this sleepy outpost!<br><br>Customer service and complaints process are a farce, so called "quality assurance director" refused to even discuss my complaint! It seems that it's perfectly acceptable for their estate agents to negligently misrepresent buyers position with total impunity. Bought and sold lots of properties and these are the worst I've ever used! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

We would highly recommend Gerring & Colyer in New Romney. Had a great experience selling a property with them. Sam was informative and honest at the beginning with Marie and Takara being amazing showing the property and keeping us updated.
