Jordan is very enthusiastic about her job. When we went to view the first property with her we got lost and she liaised with her office who called us and gave us directions to where Jordan was waiting for us. I am sorry that we didn’t choose one of her properties. She called several times and emailed with new properties to view. A credit to her agency. Five star from me.

I was very impressed by Morgan who showed me a few properties over the few months I've been searching. Her knowledge of each property was excellent & also gave progressive ideas of each property. She was determined to find me the house I was seeking. Her follow ups were prompt too. Thank you Morgan for making it a fun experience too.

Morgan was absolutely fantastic at our viewing! She was enthusiastic and very informative, having all the information about the property all ready and prepared for us as soon as we stepped through the door. Morgan was extremely friendly and made our viewing experience less daunting. She was not pushy and we did not feel inclined to buy, we were grateful for her complete honesty throughout. Morgan really improved our buyer experience after a tough and daunting journey so far in the buying process.

Morgan and Lyndsey have been incredible. We had a rough start with the first two agents in geering however as soon as Morgan was given our property she's been amazing! Not only did she put in the work to find out everything about our property, she knew her stuff and has been amazing with viewings and eventually getting us a buyer. She has helped get to move out day along with Lyndsey who has been amazing at pushing those final steps.
Morgan deserves praise as she has gone above and beyond. Lyndsey deserves a day off with the stress of getting to exchange and completion with me!

We had a fantastic experience with Kelsey, Sales Negotiator, and Olivia, Mortgage Advisor. Both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process.<br>Kelsey was always approachable and kept us updated, while Olivia was brilliant at explaining everything clearly and making the mortgage process feel straightforward and stress-free. ?????<br><br>I honestly cannot thank Geering & Colyer, Kearsney enough for everything they have done for us.<br><br>After having such an awful and stressful experience with an independent estate agent, we were understandably quite apprehensive about going through the whole process again. From the moment we dealt with Aidan Flynn, the Branch Manager, and Angela Morse, that feeling completely changed.<br><br>Aidan was absolutely fantastic in going through so much relevant data to help us get set up. He was professional, approachable and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us. Angela was equally brilliant and went above and beyond to help us find our onward move, which took a huge amount of pressure off our shoulders.<br><br>There were moments when the whole process felt overwhelming with some solicitor/chain delays, but having Aidan and Angela there made us feel like we weren’t dealing with everything alone. They kept us informed, listened to us and always did everything they could to move things forward.<br><br>After the experience we’d had previously, we had honestly lost a lot of faith in estate agents. Aidan and Angela completely restored that faith. They treated us like people rather than just another transaction, and that meant more to us than they probably realise.<br><br>We are genuinely so grateful to both of them for helping us sell our home and, just as importantly, helping us find our next one.<br><br>Thank you, Aidan and Angela, for your patience, kindness, hard work and for being there when we really needed you.
