Yesterday we completed the sale of my father's flat thanks to the excellent team at Gibbins Richards' Wellington office. Through no fault of theirs the process took longer than usual but Callum initially - and then Patrick and Deb were extremely professional, patient and incredibly supportive in what was quite a difficult time for us. This is the second time of selling a property through Gibbins Richards and they will always be our first choice in future. Thank you!

Really glad I sold my house through GR, from the start Nick was really approachable, friendly and so positive about the house it really made you think his team would ‘sell’ it for you, which they did! Great value for money as the percentage fee was more than competitive. The ladies in the office were always friendly and nothing was ever too much for them. The sales progression was a smooth process and I was kept up to date every step of the way. A great experience all round, thank you.

We recently purchased a property through Gibbins Richards. Callum originally showed us around the property and when we put an offer in Callum biased with us and the sellers amazingly. Once our offer was accepted Patrick and Callum communicated with us every step of the way. We had a realky positive experience of buying our new home through Gibbins Richards and would highly recommend them. Gibbins Richard’s in Wellington were great to deal with in selling my house. From start to finish the word that best describes them for me was - Proactive! From my very first phone call enquiry the team were on it! No just sitting there waiting for my house to sell, they helped make it happen. Callum was especially good, really helpful & always available to update. Max was calming & knowledgeable as we navigated the ups & downs of selling!
