Outstanding service from Gilson Bailey – especially Ralph
We had a fantastic experience with Gilson Bailey from start to finish. The whole process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great communication throughout.
Ralph in particular was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and always happy to explain things clearly and honestly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his calm, proactive approach really helped take the stress out of what can be a challenging process.
It’s refreshing to deal with an estate agent who genuinely cares and keeps you informed every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gilson Bailey — and especially Ralph — to anyone buying or selling. Top-class service all round.

Excellent and straightforward service, the team were very efficient. Braydn was great to work with, he gave us confidence that we had done all that was necessary to the house. His valuation was spot on. Contact with the team very easy and most importantly they were not pushy, unlike other Estate Agents. Highly recommended

Not impressed with overall experience/service. They advertised my property for 10 weeks and there has been no contact from them, I did all the chasing. The photographs were amateur, nothing special at all. The description of the property was unimpressive and unenthusiastic. They failed to include facts and had to be prompted to include them. I finally received one viewing from them 9 weeks into contract, not sure how genuine that was. I don’t think they promoted my property to any potential buyer, so have since changed Agents and extremely happy with the professional description and photos. I have high hopes with this new Agent.
