When choosing an estate agent, there is probably one question more important than any other on your mind - is this the agent that I have the most trust and confidence in to list, market and sell my property?<br><br>For me, this question is simply answered by the fact that if I were to sell again, I would choose Gilson Bailey again.<br><br>There are a lot of estate agents out there where you will hear about a lot of issues either with the company as a whole or with individual agents. I haven't had that experience with Gilson Bailey - they know what their business is, they know how to do it well, and they conduct themselves with professonalism, experience and confidence.<br><br>I value their honesty, transparency and realistic expectations and communications - they will tell you how it is, whether you be a buyer or seller, without false promises, and if they don't know something, rather than be misleading like other agents might be, they'll give you an honest answer, and whether you be a buyer or a seller, knowing that you are receiving honest and truthful answers is one of the most valuable qualities that you can ask for.

The team at Brundall helped being first time buyers a lot easier . They were always happy to help if we needed it and they kept us up to date throughout the whole process . Would highly recommend
