My wife arranged a viewing in New Cumnock, travelled for an hour to get to it and nobody turned up. There was someone in the property but they would not answer the door! Nobody is answering the phone at the office or returning emails. A very, very unprofessional company! Please think before using Glow Homes ….. Wasted time and petrol……**update, now been blocked from their facebook page for stating these facts…..???????????. ***update 2, was phoned by the director who would not take our concerns onboard and was more interested in a bad review to the very poor service we received today. I explained that no one would answer the door to the viewing, so naturally the first step would be to phone the estate agent. No one was answering their phone (turns out the office was closed), we emailed the office to which it took 1 1/2 hours to respond! Not much help there. Me wife and mother in law had travelled some distance for the viewing, so were almost home when they received the email. These are all facts. We asked why they were arraigning viewings when the office was closed and nobody could be contacted on the phone. When the ‘director’ phoned he passed the buck with loads of excuses, these are all facts! We were offered petrol money, but was hung up on before we could arrange this…. Hopefully they take on board our concerns before anyone else is highly inconvenienced………….

We do not live near the property we were selling so we required an estate agent who would conduct viewings at times convenient for potential buyers and provide us with regular and ongoing feedback. The team at Glow Homes were excellent and they worked tirelessly to ensure potential buyers could view the property and because of their commitment they secured multiple offers and a quick and stress free sale.

Delighted with the service provided by Glow Homes (Kilmarnock). From the very first enquiry through to the sale of the property Mel and Gail were first class. Communication throughout all the stages was spot on and I’ll definitely be using the team again in the future if I ever need to sell!

I want to start off my review by leave a comment about the woman that took me around Julie W. I met Julie at the property and she showed me around and we had a good chat during the process. I explained my situation and I can’t say how relaxed and better I felt. Julie made me feel very relaxed and at ease. I felt nervous as with other companies and viewings I felt judged and I felt like I was being looked down on. Julie made me feel relaxed and it honestly made the viewing better. I am extremely grateful for Julie and the teams work for helping me with the process and even me becoming successful and getting the apartment. Everything was done and I feel extremely happy with my new apartment.
