Jeremy and the team were fantastic, tenacious throughout but without being pushy. Their marketing advice was spot on and ultimately they found Buyers who were willing to pay the correct price for the property. I wouldn't use anyone else for the sale of a property in their areas of coverage. 5 Stars plus

Godfrey & Barr , (and in particular Barbara & Jonathan) were brilliant at helping us sell our property in what was (and still is it would appear) a particularly difficult housing market last year! Their advice, patience, professionalism, overall support and willingness to get things done was exemplary and very much appreciated... I can't recommend them, (or thank them), enough as the well established, knowledgeable local agents they are to able to help you also sell your property!...

I recently bought a house through Godfrey & Barr (Mill Hill branch) and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Barbara and Ian were fantastic from start to finish. They truly listened to what I was looking for and took the time to understand my needs, rather than just showing me generic listings that weren’t relevant to my requirements. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always available to answer my questions and explain things clearly.
