Goodfellow’s helped sell our flat in HEATON within two days of it going on the market and for well above the asking price. Although the sale is, of course, subject to contract, they made it an easy and straightforward process.

Good experience- responsive and gave good feedback after each viewing. They were one of three local agents we used during the sale and in my opinion, were the best available.

We showed 3 families round the property, in the 7 months it was on the market. Goodfellows was efficient initially, but had no follow on. Because of all the uncertainty , we are glad we have not sold, and have taken the house off the market.
