Exceptional Service – Highly Recommend!
I recently moved into a new property with Goodman & Lilley, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Moving house can be incredibly stressful, but the team made the entire transition from the initial viewing to the key handover completely smooth and straightforward.
I want to give a huge shout-out to Frankie in particular. Frankie was a massive help throughout the process—always professional, attentive, and ready to answer any questions I had.
If you are looking for a reliable letting agency, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for making my move such a positive experience!

The staff in the Clevedon office are fantastic. Friendly, warm and approachable. I found the owners of the company to be rude and ignorant. On two occasions its taken over a week to respond to my emails. You would think as a new office they would do what's needed to stay proactive but this hasn't been my experience.

Its been over 14 years since ive needed to deal with a letting agent but I wanted to say Frankie has been an absolute superstar helping me out with any questions or queries that I have had throughout the process.
And all handled in a professional and friendly manner but with a sense of humour and a smile.

I don’t live in the area so was slightly tentative about letting.
Ben completely reassured me as he listened to my concerns and clearly understood the situation.
He was quick to respond to any queries, took photographs and wrote a description of the property and posted it online within the week.

From putting our house on the market, to getting through to exchange the care and attention to detail given by Adele Baker was superb. When things got tricky she went above and beyond to expedite a solution in a very professional manner. The sales brochure was brilliant, based on Duncan’s excellent knowledge and advice. The support from Vicky Elias and Lucy Lingley-Stephens was also excellent and we were kept informed about progress every step of the way. All round the team at Goodman and Lilley gave superb service and I would recommend them without reservation.
