We have just completed on our purchase and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Caroline and the whole team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Caroline in particular bent over backwards for us — nothing was ever too much trouble and she truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process.

I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality.
Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.
