Amazing team<br><br>I’ve just purchased my first home through Graham Butt, and Isobel, Elise and the rest of the team were amazing from start to finish.<br><br>There were several challenges along the way, none of which were caused by Graham Butt, but their communication, hard work and support made the whole process so much easier.<br><br>During a very stressful time, I knew I could rely on them. Whenever I called, someone was always there to put my mind at ease or explain what was happening—and sometimes that was all I needed.<br><br>I would happily recommend Graham Butt to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you again for all your hard work and for sticking with this one!

Bought through the Agents. Staff are amazing especially Elise and Laura. Answered questions or were more than happy to find out information or contact sellers/solicitors/our agents to keep the process flowing.<br>Excellent Agents.

We had been with another local estate agent for quite some time and, unfortunately, felt that we had become stuck. I knew a change was needed and decided to move to Graham Butt — and what a difference it made.<br><br>From the outset, James was brilliant. He understood the situation, got the details right, priced the property perfectly and, within just two weeks, had secured a sale. It was exactly the swift, professional and proactive approach we needed to move what had become a fairly complex situation forward.<br><br>The purchase of my new home was also through Graham Butt, and once again the team were fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout, with everyone working together to make sure everything was passed on clearly and efficiently.<br><br>By the day of completion, I was incredibly happy with both the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new one. A special thank you to Ella at the Rustington branch for her professionalism, support and help throughout the process.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Graham Butt. Second purchase and first sale through James and the team and yet again had an outstanding experience with them all. The team consistently went above and beyond for us, always responding in a timely manner and keeping us informed throughout the process. What stood out most was how valued they made us feel as both buyers and sellers and that nothing was ever too much trouble. With a very difficult buyer their support and assistance helped us pull through and complete on our sale, leading to completion on the purchase of our new family home.<br><br>Highly recommended.
