broken thermostat no heating no worries they call police and don't fix disgusting behaviour oh I have emails saying broken thermostat would have been replaced before yet when it's needed no repair. Wheelchair user housebound unacceptable wouldn't recommend

I would highly recommend Graham Butt Agents to anyone. Their handling of my sale was dealt with professionally, swiftly with utmost attention to detail. However, they really impressed when on the day of Contract exchange my Seller pulled out of her sale causing the whole chain to collapse. James Butt stepped in personally and showed great negotiation, tenacity and creativity to get it all back on track to complete within 2 weeks. James and his team recovered the situation with significantly more input than any other Agent in the chain and as such deserve a 12 out of 10 for the service provided. A great result provided by a really competent and professional set of individuals!

I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality.
Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.
