Thank you to Ben at Hamptons for your integrity, help, and support, not to mention the patience of a saint, throughout the entire process of buying a house. It’s a daunting thing to do, but Ben was always on hand to reassure and answer any questions we had, in addition to keeping everything and everyone on track in the most positive way! Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Hamptons looked after both the letting and the sale of my property. They were exceptional in both regards!<br>The service I received was way above and beyond what anyone could have expected.<br>I had a very difficult ongoing situation with a tenant who refused to leave despite issuing successive Section 21 notices as I needed to sell the property.<br>The help and support I received from Haiden in the lettings team was first class. She was incredibly helpful throughout, communicating with solicitors, bailiffs etc seeing the process right through to it's eventual conclusion at no extra cost to myself. I was extremely glad that I had taken out the management agreement with Hamptons when I originally let the flat.<br>Likewise when it finally came to selling the property, Ben on the sales team could not have been more helpful. His communication was excellent and he was charming and helpful to deal with throughout.<br>In addition, when dealing with Andrew in the office, he was always very happy to give sound advice and support and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons in Crouch End to anyone looking to buy, sell, rent or let a property.<br>Thank you all so much for your help.<br>I genuinely couldn't have done it without<br>you. First Class!!!

I completed end of November with the help of Mark, and the additional support of Ed as well, throughout the whole process. This was my first time purchase, on the back of a previous sale that did not go through in the end, so I was very sceptical in starting all over again but this led to my current place ???? The Hamptons was very responsive and help me a lot to deal with a number of items that came up throughout. Would definitely recommend!
