Moving house is incredibly stressful, and a huge part of how smooth the process is depends on the estate agent you choose. From the very first meeting, Sarah and Elliott at Greenfield were fantastic and immediately put my mind at ease.
Sarah, in particular, was outstanding. She went far beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent, working tirelessly to keep everything on track and to keep us informed at every stage. Her communication, reassurance, and attention to detail made a very stressful process much easier to manage.
If you are thinking about selling your home, I would absolutely recommend Greenfield. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.

We bought our first property through Greenfield and Sarah and Elliott were both absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and answered all of our questions very quickly. As this was a probate sale, Sarah was particularly sensitive to the emotional ties we had with the family home. We had to sell my mum's house as she moved into residential care. Sarah was very helpful and proactive in marketing the property and find a buyer within a short timeframe.
