I am extremely satisfied with the service we received from Greenfield, Tolworth. From the first contact with Sarah to the final call to advise that our sale was completed, I cannot fault the service from her and her team, especially Elliott. In the final few weeks when we were pushing to get the sale complete, Sarah even took time out of her holiday to ensure we reached our goal and deadline set. I'm always reluctant to say that someone has gone 'the extra mile', but I really feel Sarah went beyond my expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Greenfield.

Sarah, Elliot and the team at Greenfields in Tolworth made my whole selling and buying experience a lot less stressful. They are a very professional team. I was very nervous about moving as had spent 14 years happily living in my house, Sarah was very kind, taking the time to talk me through everything and putting my mind at rest throughout the whole process. She kept checking in on me and was very proactive at dealing with the other Estate Agent involved to make sure everything went through smoothly and to the time scales. She also made good recommendations for solicitor, surveyor, removal company and very experienced and reliable handy man. I would highly recommend using Greenfields.

Elliott & Sarah were diligent and efficient from start to finish to enable us to sell a property after a bereavement. They were both responsive to queries, kept us up to date with progress and offered pragmatic solutions where needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Greenefields.

The whole process of having the apartment vacated and decorated for new tenants was handled superbly by Adam with great efficiency and expertise. The tenant finding operation was very successfully achieved by Laurence & Phoebe and finally the administrative side was dealt without stress by Joseph. Overall a very positive and gratifying experience for me.

I was so pleased that I chose Greenfields to market and sell our property. From the first meeting with Sarah and subsequent dealings with Elliott I knew that I had made the right choice. They are very friendly, knowledgable and were very proactive in getting our property sold. Throughout the process there was great communication and they were instrumental in getting the chain of transactions connected with our sale progressing. Without their help I'm not sure we would have obtained the outcome that we did.<br>I would thoroughly recommend them.
