From the very beginning of selling our property right through to completion, we received an absolutely outstanding service from the whole team.<br><br>The team were fantastic at arranging viewings, keeping us informed of every viewing and providing us with regular feedback. We always felt that our sale was being actively managed and that we were kept fully up to date at every stage.<br><br>I would especially like to say a massive thank you to Tracy Cox, who was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. Tracy really is a credit to Griffin. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, reassuring and, most importantly, she knows how to get things done!<br><br>Our sale was far from straightforward and we experienced a number of problems and delays along the way. Tracy never gave up. She was constantly chasing solicitors, buyers and other parties, sorting out problems as they arose and doing everything she possibly could to keep things moving. Whenever something went wrong, Tracy was there to deal with it, and she always kept us informed.<br><br>There were times when we honestly wondered whether we would ever get to the finish line, but Tracy’s persistence, hard work and determination helped get us there in the end. We had excellent help and service from.Leyla when viewing and trying to find somewhere to rent. She listened, understood our requirememts and came up with our new property that we will be moving into soon. I can't recommend Griffin enough as they gave you more of a personal service and you weren't just another load of money walking in through the door. They treat you with respect!!!!

Felt a higher price could easily been obtained on this desirable semi- detached extended residence, set in a quiet cul- de-sac with parking for 4 cars , plus a detached garage and well kept lawns and gardens.
