Felt a higher price could easily been obtained on this desirable semi- detached extended residence, set in a quiet cul- de-sac with parking for 4 cars , plus a detached garage and well kept lawns and gardens.

It was a great experience to sell my property through Griffin. We tried with the estate agent, Yopa first. They could not sell it for about a year. meanwhile we have been asked to reduce the price three times. Where as, through Griffin, we sold it very very quick within a week. Ian Divers from Griffin, helped us to list our property on the market on a Wednesday and couple of days later on Saturday of the same week, we agreed a sell. All the best to him and Griffin team in Grays, Thurrock.
