100% recommend Hammond and Smith.
We had our house on the market with another local agent for eight months with hardly any viewings and no offers. We decided to try Hammond and Smith and their approach was fantastic. Beautiful pictures of the house, a great video tour, that they hosted and talked you through the house and local area, some drone footage. They went above and beyond. Our house had immediate viewings and sold for the asking price within 24hours. We can’t thank them enough. A lovely bunch of people who know their stuff.

Although we did not buy our new house through Hammond and Smith there service was exceptional. Jack was fantastic in trying to get a house for us in Epping but in the end we went elsewhere in Essex.I would recommend Hand S to anyone.

These guys smashed it out the park with absolutely everything. From the first meeting with Jonjo to the final day when I dropped of the keys for completion. They wasn’t the cheapest agent but i believe in value for money and this is what I got. We were constantly updated with feedback even when viewings went a little quiet they never gave up. Hammond and smith are agents with a different kind of vibe and that’s what attracted me
