Our house sold to the first viewers within the first week of being marketed so we've only had limited contact with the Estate agents so far but everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. They had great knowledge of the house and the area and were able to provide the buyers with lots of useful information about the house when they came for the viewing. They've been very responsive in getting things moving quickly. Very pleased with the service we've received so far.

The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible.
She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side.
I would not recommend.
Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

The person who gets you bought into working with them and does the valuation is great, but then unfortunately the people who actually assist in the sale are terrible. Really poor communication, no mediating, no energy and absolutely add no value to the whole process. Very disappointed.

Amazing team! Special mention has to be made of Josh Carroll though.....so very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely good at dealing with tricky buyers and tardy solicitors! Josh was always very professional and dealt admirably with a very lengthy sale. I always felt listened to and able to ask questions. I can't thank Josh and the team enough for everything they did to get this one finally over the line! Thank you!
