Thank you so much to the entire Harris & Wood team especially Matty and Kiah.
Both of them went above and beyond for us, even outside of normal working hours, to make sure we had all the answers we needed. They made us feel genuinely listened to and supported from start to finish.
Matty was fantastic right from the beginning.
He guided us through the property details, and if there was ever anything he wasn’t 100% sure about, he always found the answer quickly and kept us fully informed. His honesty, professionalism, and responsiveness made such a difference.
Once our offer was accepted, Kiah took over, and she was absolutely amazing.
She handled everything with such care and efficiency, making the entire mortgage process smooth and completely stress?free. Both Matty and Kiah are truly outstanding members of staff, and we feel incredibly grateful to have had them supporting us.
I would highly recommend Harris & Wood to any family or friends looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring team.

My case was a lengthy one as there were works required following surveys and the team at Harris and Wood were always in contact, offering support and advice throughout. They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10
Months so was really grateful for that.
