Kia and the team have been wonderful at every stage of what can be a frustrating process. She was always available to discuss any concerns, keep us updated and explain the various steps along the way. She went above and beyond to meet everyone's needs in our chain and complete the purchase of our first family home. The lovely box we were presented with when we collected our keys was such a beautiful touch. We would highly recommended them for your house purchase or sale. Thank you for everything.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend H&W. Every branch I've had contact with historically has been great - this one is no exception!
I initially met Sammy during my search for a new home who was excellent - really professional, on time, patient, very helpful. It was Sammy who actually reached out to me about the property I've ended up buying too! The entire team listen and treat you like a person instead of a number.
At handover stage to Sophie, the excellent service continued and was consistent. Sophie has been so proactive right the way through, she's called when she has said she would, updated me regularly, has been so friendly and has been considerate of my own situation. I couldn't have asked for more from the team, especially Sophie. Thank you so much for taking a huge amount of pressure and stress away and for all you've done to help me move into my new home.

We had an excellent experience with Harris & Wood estate agents while purchasing our first home.
Alfie assisted us in securing the sale and was incredibly helpful throughout. He was always open and honest, making sure we fully understood every situation rather than leaving us in the dark, which we really appreciated.
Once the sale was agreed, we were looked after by Sophie, the Sales Progressor, who truly went above and beyond. She is friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. As first-time buyers, the process can feel overwhelming, but Sophie made everything far more manageable and significantly less stressful.
We hadn’t heard of Harris & Wood before starting our home-buying journey, but now we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We’ll definitely be singing their praises to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I have worked with Kiah on my previous two sales chains, where she has looked after the sales directly below our transactions. Any vendor or purchaser would be lucky to have her working on their transaction as she goes above and beyond every time to make sure the work that needs to be done gets done. She is always available on the phone, professional, polite, and able to fill me in with information whenever required, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. Both Naomi and Sophie, when required to step in, have also done a wonderful job when needed.

My case was a lengthy one as there were works required following surveys and the team at Harris and Wood were always in contact, offering support and advice throughout. They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10
Months so was really grateful for that.
