Throughout the process, the whole team were excellent. A special mention to Elaine, who kept in regular communication and provided plenty of updates, which really reassured us during the sale.

Thanks to Elaine and Craig from Hemmings Homes for their professional and friendly service in the process of selling the family home which was an emotional time for the family. Everything was straightforward and we appreciated being kept updated and informed of all interest. The home sold very quickly thanks to their excellent marketing.

This has been our 2nd time of using Hemmings Homes as estate agent, for both our purchase and sale.
The team are friendly, welcoming and efficient. From the initial enquiry to the point of exchanging contracts, we are kept upto date with matters.
Craig is realistic when it comes to home valuations, and there is no flamboyance in order to try and win business over fellow estate agents. As a returning customer, he has certainly looked after us when it comes to fees.
The team in Cambuslang, in particular Elaine Martin, have gone above and beyond. I can pick up the phone at any point of the working day, knowing our best interests are at the forefront of the service being provided.
Elaine has gone above and beyond in terms of negotiating a fantastic price for our next purchase, and has used her experience and intelligence to get our sale over the line. She is able to build rapport with clients at ease, and is a calming presence when the process can get stressful.
A well drilled estate agent firm, that firmly looks after their clients.

We sold our house back in July after only 6 days with Hemmings Homes. Elaine was just incredible from the start, nothing was too much trouble and her professionalism and customer service skills are outstanding. The process was clear, the pictures were great and the whole process was made very easy. Since we sold our house, we got stuck in a chain that was never ending. Poor Elaine went above and beyond for all of us within the chain, She put up with endless questions and worries and ultimately ended the chain by thinking outside the box and going the extra mile for us all. I can't thank her enough and would recommend her and Hemmings homes to everyone. Elaine you are literally an angel. Thanks so much again and can't wait to move into our new home soon.

Contacted Hemmings Cambuslang to discuss advertising my home. Elaine Martin was the person I was introduced to and from the outset was fantastic. Gave me all the necessary information I needed and was always at the end of the phone if I had any queries. Total professionalism from start to finish. Hemmings Cambuslang are a fantastic team and I would recommend Elaine to anyone who wants a professional and caring experience when buying or selling their home.
