We have to say that Henderson Connellan in Market Harborough are simply the best Estate Agent we have ever dealt with. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and so professional, but with that human touch. Whoever answers your call is so "on it" being prompt and efficient. We could list by name practically ever member of staff as a star, as they all seem to answer the phone. However the team is led by the impressive David Hulett, who is so approachable and so easy to deal with. But for us and our recent sale, Abby as the After Sales Customer Service executive, performed a role that was pivotal to our specific circumstances.
Without a doubt the whole team deserve the numerous awards they have won and we could not recommend them highly enough.

The rental team are always prompt on responding to my emails which in turn solves my inquiries/ faults to the property i'm renting done in a swift manner. Micheala in particular is very professional and courteous.

Although we did not sell our house, the experience with Henderson Connellan was superb. We were kept informed throughout our time with them and felt confident that they did all they could for us. Unfortunately, I believe we hit the market at just the wrong time. We will definitely go back to them if we decide to sell again.
