From the moment that James visited the property, I felt very comfortable. James was a very nice chap, had deep knowledge of the local market and suggested the listing price I was expecting.
The fees were very reasonable and the whole process ran quickly and smoothly. The drone shots of the house were impressive, excellent photography and very quick to get listed on all of the main platforms such as Right Move and Zoopla.
HRT arranged multiple viewings the first week following listing and I recieved an offer at the asking price one week after listing. Extremely impressed and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend HRT. They would certianly be my first port of call if we were to sell a house again.

If I could give a zero I would. A complete shambles from the off. Very little communication from them and when they did communicate most of the information was withheld/misleading. They arranged a viewing for a Sunday and when I queried it I was told they didn’t do viewings on a Sunday. I sent them the viewing confirmation they sent me and suddenly they remembered the viewing took place. How can you trust someone to sell your home when they constantly mislead you. Totally unprofessional!!!

The property was previously on the market with a different estate agent but no offers were received. After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.
